2. Get enough quality sleep
Anxiety caused by less sleep greatly affects the skin making it look old and tired. There are possibilities of developing wrinkles in the process. Ensure that you have a minimum of 8 hours which helps you maintain a stress-free look. Your face will look younger and fresh every morning since it does not have an allowance to express anxiety.
Use wrinkle free creams that work to deal with the wrinkles and fine lines formed when you experienced insomnia. Make yoga and swimming become your daily routine if you are suffering from insomnia, whereby you will be guaranteed a sound sleep with no struggle. In case you are not good at swimming and do not enjoy yoga, you can try the following;
- A warm bath before sleep which also makes your body relaxed.
- Make a regular bedtime schedule.
- Drink water during the day rather that at night to avoid frequent visits to the toilet at night.

3. Shave your skin with care
Use a clean and sharp blade while shaving to avoid injuring the skin. Most people shave the tiny hair on the skin to maintain a smooth a beautiful look. Do not try it by yourself if you are not perfect. Seek help from a beautician or an experienced person to ensure that it is performed safely and neatly.
Use warm water to clean your skin before shaving to soften the hair making it easy to shave. After the shave, rinse well with warm water to clear out soap and dead cells. There are creams that are responsible for removing the excess hair without the need to use a blade giving you a young and fresh looking face.
4. Protect your skin from sun rays
The sun has very dangerous UV rays capable of causing sunburns and long run skin problems such as cancer. Apply creams that contain sunscreen protector able to prevent your skin from the rays giving you a young and fresh look.
5. Avoid smoking and taking alcohol
During the process of smoking the smoke covers the skin decelerating collagen formation that help in reduction of aging and wrinkle formation components. The smoke makes the skin look older and dry with wrinkle formation.
You can replace smoke with some chewing gum, avoid the friends who smoke and also replace your smoking hobby to something else constructive such as the gym.
Alcohol is another source of skin destruction since it makes you forget to take a healthy diet leading to the formation of acne, white and blackheads and spots. The alcoholics are prone to grilled meat, roast chicken, fried potatoes among other junk foods. This keeps you away from a balanced diet full of vegetables and lots water that help to nourish and make your skin young and fresh.
