How to Protect Your Skin from Sun Damage:
- Wear a broad spectrum sunscreen everyday (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are natural and work well)
- Wear a big brimmed hat ( I like this brand)
- Stay in the shade
- Avoid the sun at it’s most intense times – 10 am – 2 pm
- Don’t sunbathe
- Drink lots of water and eat healthy foods
