The Benefits of Apples for Your Skin

Apple juice extract can be very rewarding for the skin. Apples have tons of vitamins A, B, E, and Antioxidants.

Green apple, especially, is a great anti-aging ingredient. Antioxidants and fibers present in this apple keep your skin elastic and youthful.

A face mask involving the use of green apple can deeply moisturize your skin and help eliminate the appearance of wrinkles while improving the overall texture of your skin. Apples also have a high water content, which is good for hydration.

Vitamin E found in apples is known to be amazing for preventing aging, lines and wrinkles to the skin. It performs in a way of rebuilding and regenerating the skin structure. Be sure when you use a product that has vitamin E to combo it with vitamin C, as this will help its performance.

Vitamin A, or retinol, is one of the most widely acknowledged nutrients for healthy skin. It promotes cell turnover in the skin. Vitamin A is also effective in preventing the formation of comedones that cause the most common forms of acne.

Vitamin B within face creams can help to prevent aging. In particular, Nicotinamide, a derivative of Vitamin B3 (Niacin), has been shown to improve the ability of the epidermis, the upper-most layer of the skin, to retain moisture - leading to softer, smoother skin with less dryness and flakiness, and a reduction of fine lines.

We know that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and I believe this can be translated to skin health. Applying these vitamins found in apples topically to deliver maximum anti-aging benefits—everything from improving texture and tone to fading under-eye circles and supple skin is well worth it.

There are some wonderful choices when looking for organic skin care products that contain apples. If you are looking for the benefits of anti-aging and deep hydration you can find that these recommended products will help provide the apple packed vitamin solution.
