Recently I had a terrible wind burn on my face. I had been to a tobogganing party, getting snow and cold wind blown on my face for a good couple hours.
When I got home my face was itchy and burning. The next day, my chin and lower face were dry and flaking. This was a perfect time to try out a skin care product sample I had: Odacite’s Deep Hydration Masque.
I have oily skin so I often don’t need intense hydration from my skin care products, but this time my skin was dry. It needed some serious TLC.
My Experience
This was just what my face needed! After 2 days of applying the product, my skin felt a lot better. After 3 days, my skin was almost back to normal.
I could tell as soon as I put it on that is was really nourishing. This is a heavier product than I would normally use, but in this circumstance it was an excellent remedy.
My face was left a bit greasy after applying it, but I was o.k with that because I knew it was helping my dry, flaking skin.

My Recommendations
This would be an excellent product for someone with dry or irritated skin issues. People with oily skin probably wouldn’t want to use this product daily.
I would recommend applying this at night, as it does leave a shine.
Would I Buy This Product?
I probably wouldn’t because I have oily skin and I don’t need the extra hydration but I would recommend it to a friend that suffers from dry skin. It would be a nice product to have around for those times when my face needs extra TLC.
Next time I go tobogganing, I am going to wear a face mask, so that I don’t end up needing a face masque.
