About the Brand

My Review

My First Impression of the Product

I instantly noticed the beautiful scent, I love to use it at work for a pick me up in the middle of the day. Even with my makeup on, I love to spay my face with this hydration mist, it adds a glow and refreshed look to my complexion.

I also spray the Pommisst on my hands when they feel rough, because I find that it can quickly help make them smooth again.

Scent and Texture

The scent is just like a bowl of fresh pomegranates, and a warm mug of white tea. Simply divine.

The texture is like an Aloe Vera juice. It is not like water, it has a little more substance. You can feel a bit of oil, or a steeped tea, where the liquid is infused with minerals. I really do love it.

Application

An amazing spay of mist. If you hold Jane Iredale’s Pommisst Hydration Spray about 20 cm away from the face and neck, you will experience a full coverage mist that is so delightful on the skin.

I usually use 2 pumps for the whole face and neck. If you have a Jane Iredale Flocked Sponge, use it to dab any concentrated liquid and pat the face gently. This will really help if you are wearing makeup and want a fast refreshed, glowing face.available_on_the_amazon

Beneficial Ingredients

  • Water: It is essential to see a hydration spray’s first ingredient listed as water.
  • Aloe: Aloe is healing to the skin, with its high content of fatty acids, helping moisturize and nourish damaged skin.
  • Rosemary Leaf: Helps repair damaged skin, and prevents oxidization that can cause free radicals. Rosemary also helps with glycation.
  • Pomegranate Seed Oil: Nourishes the outer epidermal layer, creating healthy and lasting moisture. It it deeply absorbed into the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy residue.

“what is that?” ingredients:

  • Alcohol: Alcohol is known for drying the skin and usually is a red flag in a hydration spray. However, alcohol is the last ingredient on the list, and is used only as a preservative and not a filler. Water and aloe are your main carrier for the rest of the beneficial ingredients.

Who is this product for?

Jane Iredale’s Pommisst is excellent for anti aging skin types. It has all the right ingredients to help maintain elasticity, help collagen stay healthy and free from glycation, while providing deep penetrating moisture to dry skin.

Jane Iredale also has other options for different skin types. There are currently 4 hydration sprays, each having different beneficial ingredients. I personally like the pommisst for its anti-aging ingredients.

You can check out all 4 at amazon.com. Read the description and ingredients to help pick your favorite.

How well does it work?

I think that Jane Iredale’s Pommisst works great. I use it all the time. I use it to set my makeup after application and again mid day, while at work for a refreshed effect to my complexion.

How Long Will it Last? What is the Shelf Life?

You will find that this hydration spay will last you about 3-4 months. If you use it daily. Ideally you should use it within 10 months for its best potency and freshness.

Final Thoughts

I love this Jane Iredale’s Pommisst Hydration Spay. I love the ingredients and how well it works. Hydration spays are a must when wearing makeup daily, they help prevent the skin from drying out. Bringing back hydration is as simple as a convenient spay.

I always carry a toner or hydration spay with me to help bring freshness back to a dull complexion. Even if I am not wearing makeup.

Pros:

  • Anti aging ingredients.
  • Hydration
  • Beautiful scent
  • Safe ingredient list
  • Can bring glow to a dull complexion
  • Rosemary leaf and Pomegranate are so beneficial for the skin

Cons:

I do not have any cons with this product. I feel that it is very effective, with great ingredients.

My Rating:

10/10
