So I just received my Happy Skin Care products in the mail, and I had to try them out right away. I have been very excited about these products, and a little impatient, (but they did come all the way from Australia.) As soon as I opened the box I could smell the Good Vibes Omega Facial Oil. What a treat !
The products I got are from The Discovery Pack. A really nice way to try a new skin care. This included:
Good Vibes Omega Facial Oil
Cloud 9 Deep Cleansing Balm
Tickled Pink Perfecting Toner
Perfectly Happy Light Anti-Oxidant Cream
Starting with the Cloud 9 cleanser
I love the buttery feel and smell. It cleanses very nicely. I always do a double cleanse with any cleanser, as I think you get a deeper clean.( First cleanse only gets off makeup and debris, Second cleanse actually gets the job done) Cloud 9 lives up to its name, it really feels soft and fluffy, with an aroma of relaxation. Most important, my skin felt free of dirt and oil. Very nice cleanser.
Second, I applied the Tickled Pink Perfecting Toner
A very nice tonic indeed. Simply Spray it on after your cleanse. You can leave it on or wipe it off. I left it on as I do with all tonics. What I really like about this tonic is my skin felt neutralized and soft after using it. I like to use a tonic through out the day as a little pick me up. I always have one in my purse to spray on when I feel like my skin is dull. This tonic is really nice as a travel size and has a lovely Sandalwood smell.
Third, I applied the Good Vibes Omega Oil.
Most people who know me will agree that my favorite product in a full face regime is any type of Serum, Oil or Booster. The reason for this is I want my products to work hard at a deep level, and oils are great at this. I consider it to be equivalent to a hair oil treatment, working hard to repair. This Oil has great moisturizing properties, and great Omega action. Something I really don’t mind putting on my face. It has a nice light oil consistency and smells really nice. My skin felt very soft and supple after applying it. Make sure after you use an oil you seal it with a cream ( moisturizer).
Forth, I applied the Perfectly Happy Light Anti-Oxidant Cream.
The Perfectly Happy Cream did leave me perfectly happy. Although it is considered a light cream, and it does have a light consistency, it felt more like a heavier cream. This is a great quality when you are looking for a deep moisturizer, Something to consider in the fall and winter months. I do plan on trying the moisturizer without prior use of the Omega oil. This will likely contribute to a heavier cream feeling. As usual, The smell is very nice and delightful. And my skin felt soft and smooth.
Overall Experience !
I am pleasantly happy, and completely satisfied with my new kit. A fact worth mentioning too, is that these products contain ingredients native to Australia. A really exotic treat. The scent and textures are exactly what I want. The price and ingredients are both to my expectation. Great quality, Organic skin care. Happy Skin Care, you get my vote !
