Some of us want to use organic makeup, but we feel that we can’t really afford it. What are we to do? We want healthy products on our skin, but we don’t want to pay through the roof for them.
Organic makeup can seem really expensive; in reality, it’s really no more expensive then high quality non-organic makeup. Yes, organic makeup is way more expensive then cheap makeup, but cheap makeup is cheap for a reason; it is full of fillers and useless garbage that does nothing for your skin.
Organic makeup will actually nourish your skin; adding to your health, rather then taking it away.
It is worth the higher cost. Quality is going to make a difference in your makeup’s performance. Take cheap drugstore nail polish for example; it just chips and peels off right away, whereas the expensive nail polishes last at least a few days before chipping. You get what you pay for. If you pay more, you are usually going to get a more potent product.
Health Concerns
I use organic makeup because I don’t want to put toxins into my body every single day. When you ingest toxins everyday, they build up. Your body holds on to those toxins, and those toxins begin to effect the functioning of your cells. So many of the toxic ingredients in makeup and skin care are hormone disruptive. Hormones play such a vital role in the health of our body that I do not want to mess with them.
My health is worth it, my longevity is worth it. I am worth it.
I am here to help you find affordable organic makeup. You can have a complete new look, without compromise.
I want you to be able to get everything you need for a fresh face; eyeshadow, lipstick, blush, mascara and foundation. I have set our budget to $100.
We need to find a nice, everyday look that we won’t tire of wearing; we need to purchase colors that will always look good, so we can get the most bang for our buck. Finding products that are multi-use can help keep our costs down.
